Have a healthy lifestyle
Keeping healthy is very important for us, so we should have a healthy lifestyle.
There are some rules here. We can’t eat lots of junk food. We should eat more fruits and vegetables. We should do more sports. For instance, we could play basketball, we could run every morning. If you feel tired, you should get relaxed and you shouldn’t stay up too late.
If you follow these rules, you will get healthy.
