Keep healthy is very important . Many People eat too much fast food and eat too much KFC . It makes us overweight . We dont feel very well and often walk tired . So we should do more exercise .

for example,we get exercise by taking the pet for a walk every day .Why dont we go for a run befor school?It makes us feel well . We should eat more furits and vegatables . It is very good for our healthy . Eat more fast food and no eakfast is bad for as . If you do like it , you are in excellent condition.
