How to lose weight
Ive learned that you are trying to lose weight and I am glad to give you some suggestion.
Firstly,it would put on weight or suffer from indestion that eating much fatty food or eating snacks before sleeping.Secondly,keeping a balanced diet and doing sports more often are of great benefit to our body.Finally,perserveing to do that is not easy.You should do sports every day and you will have a slim and healthy body in the future.
