It grea here. yesterday was very hot. In the morning,i swam.My sister bought some postcards Myother and my parents went to the zoo.They took a lot of photos.After lunch,we went in a train and saw some mountains.Were very hot so we bought some ice creams.Were having lots of fun.

Spring Festival

Far and away the most important holiday in China is Spring Festival, also known as the Chinese New Year. To the Chinese people it is as important as Christmas to people in the West. the dates for this annual celeation are determined by the lunar calendar rather than the GREgorian calendar, so the timing of the holiday varies from late January to early Feuary.

To the ordinary Chinese, the festival actually begins on the eve of the lunar New Years Day and ends on the fifth day of the first month of the lunar calendar. But the 15th of the first month, which normally is called the Lantern Festival, means the official end of the Spring Festival in many parts of the country.

My Part-time Job

Since the summer holiday es, I have a lot of free time, as I stay at home all the time, my mother suggests me to take a part-time job, I am so willing to accept her idea, because I want to earn money by myself. I find a job as waiter, I have to work early in the morning, people need to have their eakfast, I serve them. On the job, I earn little money, but I have worked so hard, I get to know it is not easy to earn money, so I start to feel grateful for my parents.
